Winder CNA Training is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Student Success Coordinator & CPR Instructor. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding our students through their educational journey, teaching CPR classes, and facilitating skills practice sessions. We’re committed to the success of our students and need someone who shares our mission of “improving the workforce of our community, every day!” Key Responsibilities: • Teach CPR classes to students and the community. • Facilitate skills practice sessions for CNA students. • Provide academic and career advice to students. • Monitor student progress and offer support as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or certification in an allied health program. • Current CPR instructor certification. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
