Windsor Spotlight: Josie Luna Executive Assistant (EA) to the President and the CFO Words from Josie: "After graduating from college, I started my career in recruitment and eventually landed a role at Facebook as a recruiter. After getting my recruiting contract cut in 2023 during the tech layoffs, I was unsure where to go next. I applied for an operations coordinator position at Windsor Management, and, as luck would have it, I received a phone call from the CFO of the company. He was helping the Director of Operations at the time with screening candidates. It was the ten-minute phone call that changed my life. In our brief conversation, he pitched for me to become his Executive Assistant. The role was unlisted, but he felt like I would be a potential match. I was soon on the road to interview with Windsor Management. After meeting the President and the CFO, I was given an offer that week. I consider myself to be incredibly lucky. Although I am an EA, my role encompasses so much more. In addition to being an EA, I spearhead all our recruitment. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience to help build out and staff our teams and the company. I am incredibly proud to say that in the past year, I have assisted in the recruitment and onboarding of 15 staff members and counting. And the best part is that there is still so much more to come.”

Windsor's CFO, Tyler Collins, teaches staff on Excel and often has a plaid shirt + brown shoes combo. Kassandra, our Associate Director of Property Management, and Josie Luna, our Executive Assistant, coordinated a duo costume > "Tyler" and "Excel." Josie found an Excel dress, and Kassandra looked far and wide for a wig to match Tyler's hair. They won the "Best Costume" category. They tied with Sally (not pictured) who wore an In-n-Out Burger costume.
