About us
Our Mission: Winning Ways is an organization which uses a lived experience, evidence, and family-based curriculum to foster the success of the formerly incarcerated or those seeking recovery in underserved communities. We help empower individuals to live meaningful lives and overcome histories of trauma. Our Story: Three close friends worked tirelessly to found Winning Ways, Inc in 2016. Born from the personal and lived experiences of its founding members, our team of community providers works to help those in the corrections and re-entry process. Through partnerships, strategic resource mapping, and the human capital of our talented staff we have achieved an incredible amount despite the pandemic.
