Delivery, Pizza, and Food Automation. Tie in subscriptions, and I’ll teach you to how to grow your business exponentially. Open to collab with reputable companies.

This last week in the Pizza & Robots journey has us gaining traction in a new market (Oceanside, CA) and launching in Philly, PA this week. It wasn’t enough to sell pizza subscriptions to move people through our door in Oceanside, but our recent partnership with Wise Assistant is changing that. They manage our micro influencer program, pairing IG with Mamma Ramona's Pizzeria to create reels that in turn generate interest in what we’re doing. Within the last ten days, we’ve had content posted and reposted across our channels, which is turning into incremental new business for us. Much of the content has been centered around filming the creation of a pizza, from stretch to sliced, and then sharing the details of the experience. But, we’ve also had content with the influencer just picking up and eating the pizzas. Initially, we told them they had a credit for $90 and one enterprising influencer bought our smallest pizza to get 11 pizzas out of the deal. Now, we just say they can purchase up to three pizzas. Lesson learned! In Oceanside, we presold subscriptions before we opened; in Philly we decided to wait until we were open. That happens this week; our trainer flew out last night and is getting her bearings this morning, installing our Toast equipment and stocking the kitchen before our new hire starts Wednesday. We’ve got a half dozen influencers lined up, plus three on-campus brand ambassadors spreading the word, using an affiliate model for each subscription sold. Each location we open further refined our playbook for subsequent openings. What I know today and how we launch has changed significantly even from Oceanside, and we have four more launches in the hopper already. But, I’m confident that the partnerships we’re developing will accelerate future openings, if we can pull this off. Shawn P.
