The co-chair of the Wisconsin Green Party slammed a #DNC effort to keep Jill Stein off the state’s presidential ballot as a “high risk, zero benefit action” that would likely cost Kamala Harris for President, 2024 votes. The state Wisconsin Court System / Wisconsin Supreme Court Monday refused to hear the suit filed by a staffer with the Democratic National Committee arguing the #Greens were ineligible to place a candidate on the #Wisconsin ballot. The court’s ruling didn’t offer any rationale other than plaintiff David Strange “is not entitled to the relief he seeks.” State Green Co-chair Michael White said if the suit had been successful, it would’ve only prompted party members to write in Stein’s name on the November ballot. “They’ve already lost voters who were uncommitted who might’ve voted for Kamala because of the actions by the Democratic Party of Wisconsin trying to push her off the 📮 #ballot,” White said. David #Plouffe, a top adviser to Kamala Harris for President, 2024’s campaign, says the campaign is “throwing everything” into Wisconsin in the final 10 weeks of the presidential 📮 #election. “Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania are the top of the list in terms of where you want to put your effort,” Plouffe said on WISN-TV’s “#UpFront,” which is produced in partnership with WisPolitics.com. “And here’s where the excitement matters. She’ll have the financial resources and the people resources. Why? You’re throwing everything you can into #Wisconsin, #Michigan, #Pennsylvania, and I mean everything.” Harris brought on #Plouffe, who managed former President Barack #Obama’s first presidential bid, after President Joe #Biden dropped out of the race. “This is an unprecedented situation,” Plouffe said. “You basically got to build and win a presidential campaign in less than 100 days. U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin said #SocialSecurity and #Medicare are at risk if Donald J. Trump is elected in November during remarks at the 2024 Democratic National Convention Committee in #Chicago Thursday night. The Madison Dem told delegates her mother was a teen struggling with #addiction when she was born, and she never met her father. Baldwin noted she was raised by her grandparents, David and Doris. “In every way a child needs, my grandparents were there for me. #Dem presidential nominee Kamala Harris for President, 2024 vowed at a campaign rally in #Milwaukee Tuesday night that #GOP rival Donald J. Trump For President 2024, Inc. will “face a consequence” in November for his role in overturning #RoevWade. Speaking at the Fiserv Forum, where the #RNC2024 was held, Harris said Trump hand-selected three Supreme Court justices, knowing they would vote to overturn the 1973 decision that had guaranteed the right to an #abortion. She also knocked Trump for saying in a CBS interview earlier this week that he had no regrets about his role in the ruling being overturned, adding: “I did something that most people felt was undoable.” “Bad behavior should result in a consequence,” Harris said. “We will make sure he does face a consequence, and that will be at the 📮 #ballot in November.” Harris added: “I promise you, when I am president of the United States, and Congress passes a bill to restore the protections of Roe v.
