🚀🚀 Introducing AI Roleplays by Exec I’ve launched a lot of products in my 15 year career. But this is far and away the one I’m most excited about. With Roleplays, you can practice high-stakes conversations with realistic voice-based AI personalities and get instant, actionable feedback. Use it to practice: 💬 Delivering constructive feedback 🌊 Communicating organizational change 💼 Termination conversations 🤝 Conflict resolution 🔍 Sales discovery 💰 Negotiation conversations And so much more. You can practice your skills with one of our built-in fictional scenarios. Or, talk to our AI coach about your own situation to create a custom scenario. It's not just for individuals. We also have powerful team features for organizations to skill up their people: ✅ Design custom Roleplays and assign them to your team 📧 Automated nudge email to drive completion 📈 Comprehensive performance analytics It really is remarkable. And I'd love for you to give it a try. Check out the link in the comments to try it today, for free.

As a manager, I spend a lot of time thinking about the most effective ways to communicate (and how to teach my team of engineers to do the same). My friend made this tool that allows you to role play tough conversations and it's eerily good.

I’ve had the privilege of cheering on Sean Linehan and the Exec team from the sidelines while they’ve built this product, including having the honor of testing its various iterations. What they’ve built is nothing short of exceptional - I highly recommend giving it a try for practicing any tricky scenario you are currently navigating!

Features like this are evidence that the AI revolution is absolutely not overhyped. When Sean first demo'd this to me, I was actually stunned at what I was witnessing: a tool that helps you develop skills in negotiation, delivering constructive feedback, resolving conflict, (etc) in real-time via voice chats with AI personalities. The AI personas you are practicing on have context, goals, attitudes, and sometimes ulterior motives. It was easy to believe I was participating in a conversation with a real colleague. I encourage you to check it out on Exec.com, and even setup your own Roleplay for a scenario you want to train for (all it takes is a 2-minute voice chat with a AI to describe what you want to practice!)

With the recent stock market turbulence, I'm hearing a lot of people claim the "AI bubble is collapsing". This couldn't be further from the truth. We are still at the very beginning of AI's deployment into the enterprise. Product leaders and engineers are in the early innings of discovering exactly how these new capabilities can be used in transformative ways. Yes, the "fast takeoff" scenario seems to have been overblown. Thankfully. Yet, the revolution is just getting started. At Exec, we have an incredible line-up of AI-enabled experiences nearly ready for launch. Our early customers have shared feedback that validates everything we've been working towards: "I can't believe this is possible. It used to take us months to do this and it was so expensive that we could only give it to our most senior employees. Now we can give it to everybody!" "This is game changing." "I literally got the chills." These are not signs of the top and impending collapse. These are early signs of what is to come. I can't wait to share more over the coming weeks and months. The future is bright for AI and especially bright for talent development.

    Global C-Suite Exec/Board Member/Former CHRO/Exec Coach/Technology/Culture/Transformation

What I love about working for Exec is the flexibility it gives the "buyers" of a leadership coaching investment. Since I have spent more time on the "buy-side" as a Chief People Officer, Comp Committee chair and a board member, it gives me confidence that Exec has both parties' interests in mind -- the client and the buyer. I also love the fact that clients can match with their own coach on the platform and have agency over the process. Lots of transparency and the technology platform is awesome! Let me know what you think!

Tomorrow is the day you're going to abandon your New Year's Resolutions. At least that's what the junk food and cigarette companies are betting. They call the 2nd Friday of January (aka tomorrow) "National Quitters Day." I don't know about you, but I can already feel the pull. Five days of working out each week has turned into four and my meditation app hasn't been opened since January 3rd. If you're like me and you have important goals to accomplish this year, you owe it to yourself to try working with a coach. If you want some personalized recommendations for great coaches, I'm happy to curate some profiles for you, and even hook you up with some credits for a few free intro sessions. Just book a call with me using the link in the comments below 👇

Executive Coach for Tomorrow's Leaders | Leadership Development | Change Agent | Hogan Certified | Verified Nerd |

💫 Exciting Updates!!! 💫 One of the things I knew heard a lot when I was connecting with other coaches who had built up successful business for themselves was the importance of contract work. So I'm excited to share that I've officially joined the Exec platform as a leadership coach and facilitator. After chatting with Nick deWilde, it was clear to me that there was a values alignment with what they're building. I was also attracted to Exec's flexible model after spending a good deal of time in this space as an in-house L&D leader and a service provider to companies. They give companies the ability to design flexible talent development programs that leverage their: – Highly vetted network of 250 coaches & trainers (they work with the top 1.5% of applicants) – Innovative credit system and program design tools – Extensive catalog of service offerings for individuals and groups If you're planning an experiential talent development program in the coming year and want to learn more about their offering, please drop me a note!
