Thank you, Sydney DeLong, Jennifer Smith, and Evan Leake, for doing such a wonderful job representing our team!
If you would have told 10-year-old me that one day I would be representing and advocating for the news station I grew up watching and loving, I would have never believed you! I always love attending career fairs and discussing what we do at WLEX-TV! Thank you to the University of Kentucky College of Communication and Information & Brooke Nowicki for hosting such a wonderful afternoon! Jennifer Smith, Evan Leake

What a fun story Sierra Newton got to tell last week! Lexington Humane Society
I'm doing my part to cover ALL of the Kentucky Football cats (and dogs) for WLEX-TV's BBN Tonight! Nick Lazaroff and I loved chatting with these members of #BigBlueNation at the Lexington Humane Society. This was such a fun piece for a good cause! 😸 #BBN #KentuckyFootball #lexky LINK: https://lnkd.in/gUmnc3Xu

What an incredible full-circle story by Evan Leake! https://lnkd.in/gvdAUbfd The E.W. Scripps Company
Cindy Mullins has come full circle. My connection to Cindy started nine months ago over zoom in her hospital bed just days after losing her legs. Her faith, resilience and positivity have shined across the country ever since, bringing so many people together. Last night, hundreds of them helped put on the best homecoming you could ask for. Thank you for being you Cindy. Welcome home.

I'm really proud of this story, and it meant the world to me to get to share it. Just a testament to how amazing Chase is and the impact he makes on people’s lives. “Lift Them Up” is an incredible program Kentucky Football does and I’m honored to have been able to shed light on it. Thank you to everyone involved who helped this story come to life, including our amazing photog Nick Lazaroff who helped shoot this. WLEX-TV
