Building bridges for opportunities to #wocinretail!
Chief Executive/Entrepreneur/Board Director/Culture Strategist/Women & POC Advocate/Speaker/WWD 50 Women in Power/TEDx
Let me tell you about my amazing friend Ana Assis. When she invites you to join a table, a room, or a conversation, you say "yes" and show up! Trust me, it's always worth it. Ana isn't just a great friend; she's a connector extraordinaire and advocate. She's the kind of person who will always speak your name when you're not in the room! Last night was a perfect example of Ana's magic. She brought us together to meet Monica Tellez-Fowler, COTA's new President/CEO, and to reinforce our personal board of directors. Even though several of us knew each other, we had the opportunity to reconnect. The best part? We discovered fresh ways to support each other and collaborate. That's the Ana effect for you —always fostering growth and connection. Ana reminds us of the power of genuine relationships. In a world where networking can sometimes feel forced, here's to the connectors and the show-uppers—you make the professional world much more human! #weshouldknoweachother #meaningfulconnections #wocleaders #wocinbusiness #wocinretail #personalboardofdirectors Lisa Gutierrez Betsy Goldstein Natasha Pongonis Rhonda Talford Knight, PhD (She/Her)Theresa Harris
