Tonight’s WWLF Raleigh event was truly powerful. Despite being a small, intimate group of women, the number of chains we created was a stark reminder of the magnitude of challenges we face. From domestic violence and financial abuse to confronting sexist comments in the workplace, these experiences are unfortunately all too common. What stood out most was the openness and vulnerability in the room. Each woman bravely shared her story, showing that no matter the size of the group, the weight of our collective experiences is undeniable. It reinforced the importance of creating spaces where women feel safe to speak up, be heard, and support one another. The vulnerability and support in the room reminded me of the importance of creating spaces where women feel safe and empowered to speak up, share their stories, and learn from each other. It’s in moments like these that we realize we’re not alone in facing these challenges, and that we have a community of allies ready to stand with us. Thank you to everyone who attended and bravely shared. Your voices matter, and together, we are making strides toward a stronger, more supportive industry for all women. I’m incredibly grateful to the Women's Wireless Leadership Forum and our sponsors Network Building + Consulting, Delta Oaks Group and South Carolina Tel Con for making this evening possible. Thank you Hannah O’Keeffe, Briauna B. and Kimberlee Hoffman, EMBA for collaborating with me on a successful event! You ladies rock! #WWLF #WomenInLeadership #Empowerment #WomenSupportingWomen #BreakingTheChain

Incredibly proud to present and complete my 2024 assignment with my mentor Julie C. DeCuypere, PMP to/for Women's Wireless Leadership Forum mentors and mentees. This has truly been an amazing year to connect, partner and support with others in wireless and telecom.
