𝗔 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 Calm down let me explain When God was going to create man, he said, 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙪𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙣... My focus is let "us" which demonstrates #partnerships and #collaborations If you want to go far, you, must understand and leverage the power of collaborations just like the trunk or branch of the tree will leverage the root. If God himself had to leverage partnerships to create you, what makes you think that you can achieve so much alone? The right partnerships and collaborations will take you farther than you can imagine. Cheers to wisdom #Wealthconomy #thegrantadvantage

End of 16 Days of Activism The Fight Against Gender-Based Violence Doesn’t End Here Weeks ago, the Women in Leadership Hub stood alongside government parastatals, NGOs, and agencies to amplify the message of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence. Today marks the conclusion of the campaign, but the fight must continue. Gender-based violence affects millions worldwide, and we cannot afford to remain silent. Our Pledge: . We will shun violence in all its forms. . We will speak up for those who cannot. . We will create safer spaces for women and girls. Take Action: . Educate yourself and others about GBV. . Support survivors and advocate for stronger policies. . Commit to building a world where respect and equality thrive. Say NO to GBV. Together, we can end violence. #16DaysOfActivismAgainstGenderBasedViolence #16daysofactivism2024

Challenging Stereotypes and Harmful Gender Norms Harmful gender norms and stereotypes limit potential and perpetuate inequality. Here’s how we can challenge them: Speak Out: Call out phrases like “boys will be boys” or “women belong in the kitchen”. Educate: Teach children that abilities and opportunities are not defined by gender. Support Equality: Advocate for policies that promote fairness in education, workplaces, and leadership. Breaking these stereotypes paves the way for a more inclusive and equitable society. Together, let’s rewrite the rules. Share a stereotype you’re challenging today.

Breaking the Cycle: The Roots of Violence Against Women Violence against women is deeply rooted in cultural and societal norms. Here’s what perpetuates it: Patriarchy: Systems that prioritize male dominance and control. Harmful Gender Norms: Beliefs that women should be inferior to men. Toxic Masculinity: Pressure on men to assert power and control. Cultural Practices: Traditions like child marriage and female genital mutilation. Stigma and Silence: Survivors often face blame, discouraging them from speaking out. Ending violence starts with challenging harmful norms and fostering a culture of respect, equality, and accountability. Together, we can rewrite the narrative #genderbasedviolenceawareness #16DaysOfActivismAgainstGenderBasedViolence
