Marvy, a beacon of wisdom and leadership, navigated us through the enlightening principles of Kim Scott’s renowned book, "Radical Candor." She discussed how empowering leaders could strike a balance between caring personally and challenging directly to elevate their mentorship and leadership skills. Marvy masterfully unpacked this concept, providing us with invaluable tools and insights to foster relationships that guide mentees towards both personal and professional zeniths. 💜

Today was an incredible experience at the STEMsational event hosted by Nogales High School and the Women of AT&T! It was an honor to speak and engage with such a passionate group of students and professionals, all dedicated to increasing female representation in STEM careers. A huge thank you to Nogales High School and Adrienne Atkins of the Women of AT&T for organizing this impactful event and for inviting me to be a part of it. It's initiatives like these that are crucial in breaking down barriers and inspiring the next generation of women in STEM. During our discussion, we delved into the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the tech industry, as well as the countless opportunities available in STEM fields. It was truly inspiring to see the enthusiasm and curiosity of the students, and I have no doubt that they will go on to achieve amazing things in their careers. To all the students who attended, remember that the world of STEM is vast and full of possibilities. Don't be afraid to dream big and pursue your passions, because the future is yours to shape!
