Utah's own Congresswoman Celeste Maloy sponsored, H.R.7128 - The WOSB Integrity Act of 2024 which recently passed the House last Thursday and is headed to the Senate. The bill requires SBA to verify business size of a women-owned business participating the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) federal contracting program. With the increased transparency of the WOSB contracting program, more women-owned small businesses can benefit from federal contracts and without any extra burden placed upon them.
