The GameAbove College of Engineering And Technology (GACET) has achieved major milestones in 2023. This is due to the hard and exemplary work of faculty members, lecturers, administrators, staff, students and others. Among the major achievements in 2023: * The governor signed the bill to support the $42M renovation of Roosevelt (with $30M support from the State). * GACET received a significant gift of $1.6M from our friends at GameAbove-EMU to cement our global leadership in cybersecurity * GACET advanced its competitive ranking by 18 points in the USNews and World report (69th of about 273 universities). * Our joint college with Beibu Gulf University has grown to be the home of 593 students (compared with 374 a year ago). * We have secured a major accreditation with AABI for our two aviation programs and re-accreditation of our construction management program (ACCE) and the paralegal program (ABA). Special thanks President Smith, EMU Regents, and other leaders for their solid support.
