Couldn't be happier for our good friend Jim Hemgen and the learning teams at Booz Allen Hamilton for their latest recognition by Chief Learning Officer! The #Workera team is honored to be a small part of their incredible L&D growth story!
Thrilled to announce Booz Allen's recognition in the 2024 LearningElite award by Chief Learning Officer! https://lnkd.in/eNNwAhzj We achieved an incredible leap to 4th place overall, advancing from 23rd just last year. This prestigious award stands out as it’s developed with insights from CLOs, senior L&D leaders, and experts across the field, setting the benchmark for best practices in leadership development, tech adoption, executive alignment, content creation, and—most importantly—business impact. Our journey from 23rd to 4th place is more than a ranking—it's a story of growth, strategy, and tangible results. To demonstrate how learning drives the bottom line, we've focused on strategic alignment, data-driven insights, and robust metrics that link learning outcomes to financial and operational performance. This transformation reflects the hard work and dedication of our team. I’ve long believed that managing learning like a business requires not only core L&D expertise but also skills in business acumen, data literacy, strategic thinking, and financial insight. By mastering these, learning professionals elevate the learning function into a true strategic asset, directly contributing to growth and success. This journey continued at our recent Talent Development Summit, where our team came together for two impactful days under the theme, Velocity: Accelerating Talent Development with Innovation. The summit explored how AI is revolutionizing talent development, offering groundbreaking insights, pioneering strategies, and the latest in tech advancements. Being together in person fostered collaboration, recharged our momentum, and left us inspired for the work ahead. We were fortunate to host high-profile guest speakers and partners who energized our sessions, furthering our commitment to innovation in talent development. A special thank you to Eric Willis, Ph.D., David Blake, Kian Katanforoosh, Neil Malek, Steffen Tjerrild, Ken Lawshe, Greg Wagner, Leif Rosenquist, Greg Brown, David Brown, MBA. What an A-list line up!! Here’s to pushing boundaries, achieving new milestones, and empowering our colleague's to change their client's world. Booz Allen Hamilton #ABTS
