The Solano WDB's business services team recently traveled to Boston for a job quality training opportunity from JVS Boston. "We look forward to bringing a job quality benchmark tool to California for employers in the coming months," said Solano WDB Executive Director Heather Henry. The Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) is among the oldest and largest providers of adult education and workforce development services in Greater Boston, serving a diverse clientele representing over 90 nations - and 50 languages - and helping people secure financial independence through educational and employment services.

Solano WDB staff joined other community members Thursday at Rodriguez High School in Fairfield for the Work Certification Program’s mock interviews. The students in the program have been meeting for the last two weeks to focus on job readiness and interview skills. The program culminates with mock interviews with community volunteers. Congratulations to all the participants!
