A huge thank you to the Deadwood Chamber of Commerce for hosting WDNBH at their very first Lunch and Learn event! We were thrilled to have Board Member Tony Russell and Executive Director Heidi Mecham share essential insights on service animal rules and regulations for businesses. Attendees learned about legal requirements under the ADA, the rights of individuals with service animals, and best practices for accommodating them in the workplace. This vital information helps ensure compliance while creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. #ServiceAnimals #ADACompliance #InclusiveWorkplace #BetterBottomLine Image: A small group of people seated around a conference table watching a presenter standing near a screen. The screen displays the word 'Introduction' and text underneath it. The presenter delivers information in a well-lit meeting room with a wooden ceiling and modern lighting fixtures.
