The plenary talks at WCH10 are not only plentiful (two per day!) but they have gone through a very careful selection process to ensure that they are more than gender balanced: nominated speakers have also been based on ensuring that there is representation of different taxa and fields of work and students and colleagues of the speaker have been contacted before confirmation to ensure that they are in a good standing and a good supportive role model in the community. Poster presentations are under way! Here is a selection of eight student posters from the past two days that are entered into the student poster award competition! We have a record number of student entered in the oral and poster presentation awards! A big thank you to the judges for their efforts - they are reporting that the students are very keen and excited and are making the most of the congress and are spending a lot of time talking to other delegates. The benefit of posters is that you get a lot more access time to the audience and can catch the attention of people walking past that you might not have had the chance to interact with otherwise! #congress #wch10 #herpetology #amphibians #reptiles #conference #posterpresentation
