A Human Connections Company

About us

World of Good Brands is a human connections company bringing access to traditionally aspirational categories across health, wellness, art, design, and travel. Through serviceable editorial, experiences, media, and commerce, we translate the chaos of the modern world into inspiration applicable to everyday life. We help people digest the big — and find the significance in the small. While the traditional media landscape broadcasts, we narrowcast: closing the aperture on the communities, conversations, and connections that bring color and meaning to our worlds. Join us as we create a new paradigm for experiential media and commerce that blends physical and virtual — allowing audiences to access from wherever they are and take a piece with them wherever they go. World of Good Brands includes House of Good, Well+Good, LIVESTRONG.com, Hunker Home, Only In Your State, and Good Collective.

In our "Make It Human" study, we found that while all generations are cautious about AI, Gen Z increasingly embraces AI to simplify daily life, while Gen X remains the most concerned. We’ve found that AI can be a creativity enhancer by removing menial tasks from your day. This insight guided our reimagined Only In Your State, introducing AI-powered tools for personalized, effortless travel planning, freeing up more time for the human experience of travel. We need your help to send World of Good Brands to SXSW 2025! Please take a moment to vote for our pitches in SXSW’s Panel Picker before August 18. See you in March! The Cult of Ambition: How Healthy Is It To Be Ambitious? Hustle culture, toxic productivity, and insatiable ambition are considered normal in today’s workforce, but many of us have never stopped to consider the destructive nature of our drive to reach the top – and stay there. This panel features Amy Eisinger, Neha Ruch, Jennifer Romolini, and Samhita Mukhopadhyay and will explore the intersection of work, mental health, and wellbeing, and how our society fuels an arguably unhealthy life approach to ambition at all costs. https://lnkd.in/exS52cZe Minding the Gap: How Brands Can Facilitate Connections. What makes us feel human? Against the backdrop of digital consumption, AI, and a growing loneliness epidemic, the aspects of living that connect us to our humanity and make us happy have changed greatly over the past decade. Featuring WGB CEO Lindsey Abramo and Cassandra’s Kathy Sheehan, this session will share data and learnings about the types of connections that consumers are seeking and ways marketers can apply this to campaigns. https://lnkd.in/ecW93_aM

Our new "Make It Human" study shows that Millennials and Gen Z are all about self-care and doing their own thing to find happiness, likely as a way to tackle feelings of disconnection. More than ever, they’re changing up their spending habits to focus on personal joy, even putting self-care before saving. To see the full results of the study, visit https://lnkd.in/d4HMfjwH

As recently highlighted in our "Make It Human: The State of Human Connections" study, Gen Z is still feeling the post-pandemic loneliness: often finding it tougher to make friends now than ever before and turning to social media to cope with their feelings. Gen Z has expressed a strong desire to connect IRL, while at the same time feeling anxiety about attending in-person events. To solve for that, they’re often looking for a break from the digital world and want to attend events in calming spaces. Reach out to learn more about how World of Good Brands brings 'embodied experiential' to events by creating programming and spaces that can fuse these connections in an authentic way: makeithumanstudy@worldofgoodbrands.com

Curious if people are still feeling disconnected these days, given the loneliness epidemic, increased digital consumption, and the rise of AI? As the human connections company, World of Good Brands wanted to understand the role of authentic connections in today's world. Our new "Make It Human" study with Cassandra reveals that these connections are more crucial than ever. Here’s what we found: ✔ 71% feel making friends is harder than it used to be, with Gen Z reporting the highest rates of loneliness.  ✔ 69% of Gen Zs would attend an in-person event to meet new people, but 67% feel anxious about it. ✔ Providing calming spaces at events is a top interest for Gen Z. ✔ 7 in 10 believe brands play a large role in fostering connections. Find out how your brand can help bring people together. For more insights, read "Make It Human: The State of Human Connections" report: https://lnkd.in/d4HMfjwH
