An amazing customer experience starts with hiring excellent employees. I was lucky to attend a soft opening last night at the much anticipated WorldSprings. It was a last minute invite so I was rushed throwing my things into my bag. Upon arrival, as I was changing I realized that I had grabbed two swim tops and no bottom. A team member was in the locker room checking in to ensure everyone was able to get into their lockers. I asked her if they had swimsuits for sale. "Unfortunately, not at this time." I explained what had happened and began packing up my things to run home a grab one. "Wait right here." She came back a few minutes later and gifted me a new neutral swim bottom. Unbeknownst to me, she happened to be the general manager. Now with this being my fault I would of not been upset with anyone but myself. However, by doing something unexpected on what I'm sure was a stressful evening with the world on her shoulders, she took the time to make sure I had the best experience possible. Thank you Amelia Wohrle and the entire staff at World Springs. You have created a loyal customer! #customerservice
