WOW! Business recently participated in supporting our customer, the Piedmont Columbus Regional Foundation, at their 3rd Annual Teddy Bear Clinic at the Midtown Campus Conference Center in Columbus, GA. Around 300 children brought their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal to the event where they learned about medical treatments and healthy habits in a fun, friendly way. It was an honor to contribute to a wonderful cause while supporting our very own customers in the community. #wowinthecommunity #givingback #businessinternet

Today, we're shining the spotlight on Stacy Falk, senior order fulfillment manager, who is based in Evansville, Indiana. Stacy and the service delivery team manage orders for new business customers when construction is needed. They take over from sales after the contract is signed to implement each install and engage directly with the customer. They work with provisioning, permitting and field operations, and keep the customer informed every step of the way until the install is complete. When Stacy isn't knee deep in the installation process, she stays busy as a mom of 13-year-old twins, a boy and a girl, and her three little Shih-Poos.
