Today we're spotlighting Kim Crooks, vice president of regulatory affairs. Kim ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. As one of WOW!’s lawyers, he may be working on regulatory issues one day, negotiating a contract the next day or reviewing marketing materials the day after that. He's been with WOW! for 24 years and was employee #13 - one of our longest tenured employees. When he's not ensuring we're in compliance in our highly regulated industry, he enjoys spending time with his new grandson and attending University of Iowa football games.

WOW! recently participated as a Sponsor for the 14th Annual Women's Work-Life Symposium presented by Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce and Emerald Coast Hospice. This event is where empowerment meets excitement when 350 women come together to hear dynamic keynote speakers, network with vendors in the exhibition hall and attend breakout sessions throughout the day. The women are also given a Showcase Passport that is their ticket to exploring the many exhibitors such as WOW! Business and their innovative offerings where their passports are stamped for entry into the Grand Prize Drawings throughout the day. WOW! was delighted to have been a major sponsor of this event in the past as well as for this year's event! #weareWOW

One of WOW!'s core values is Spirit of Service, both in the way we treat our customers and how we give back to our local communities. We're thrilled to recognize Jesse, a Senior Financial Analyst here at WOW!, who is a great example of that. He recently received an award for most valuable volunteer in recognition of his hard work with the Sun Bowl Association. This non-profit organization serves the El Paso community through diverse cultural heritage events including the annual Sun Bowl college football game. Congratulations, Jesse! 🎉
