🎉We are excited to announce that Ellisville City Hall and Police Station Phase I is complete!✅ The second story addition to the police station as well as the new building addition TRIPLED the amount of square footage to this beautiful building. Now, we're looking for a rockstar Project Manager to help us continue our tradition of excellence! 🔹 What You'll Do: • Oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with key stakeholders, including estimating, scheduling, safety, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, cost reporting, submittals, RFI’s, pay requests, etc. • Creates and maintains master project schedule in P6. • Manages the buyout process, selection of subcontractors, contract negotiations, and writing subcontractor scopes of work. • Establish and manage project budget including monthly cost projections. • Motivate a team to deliver first time quality adhering to plans and specifications of the project. 🔹 What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field experience • 3-8 years of relevant experience including leading ground up construction projects $8M+ in diverse sectors including education, municipal, retail, and tenant improvement. • Advanced knowledge of constructability. • Experience leading successful project teams, including development of employees, managing and guiding subcontractors, and maintaining relationships with clients. • Motivate, drive, and adhere to all safety and compliance requirements. • Intermediate Excel user familiar with how to use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions, etc. • Experience using Vista by Viewpoint and Primavera P6. • Identify business development, marketing, and growth opportunities. • Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed. 🔹 Why Join Us?
