Day 2 in Melbourne, and it’s been a busy one. 🚀 Morning spent working with Matthew Cossens talking all things Wright Talent (and over what could arguably be the best breakfast I’ve had in Melbourne 🙈). Lunch spent with a client qualifying two positions to support in growing their Engineering team — calling all Civil & SCADA Engineers looking for a new role 📞 Afternoon spent popping into the All Energy Conference. It’s amazing to see such an incredible amount of companies and individuals so passionate about the energy transition all in one space. ☀️🍃 Now we’re playing a bit of catch up on emails and booking interviews. 💻 It’s busy, but we wouldn’t have it any other way…oh and Melbourne has decided to put on a show with the weather this afternoon ☀️

Help yourself in staying accountable to the business you want to grow and stick to the basics! 👊 —> Counter offers and drop outs hurt harder when its your sole income 😅 —> Business can get lonely and you need to surround yourself with people who are in your corner and will help you learn and grow👷🏻♀️👷🏽 —> Comparison is the thief of all joy - focus on you and where you’ve come from and where you want to go☀️ —> Running a business and being values focused is incredibly motivating - working towards something you believe in is a refreshing change and was long overdue for me! (flexibility and working remotely is also a cherry on top)🌴 —> The grind will pay off.
