One of my all time favorite GM’s and people, Jennifer Hansen, leaves FOX Richmond today to take the reins of our Sinclair station in Birmingham Alabama. Such a bitter sweet moment to send one of the best leaders I’ve ever worked with off to a new market. Good leaders are defined by their actions…what do you value in a sound leader?
