Thank you to everyone who supported the 2024 WVU Medicine Children's Eastern Panhandle Gala! For four years, the Children's Gala has been a celebration of our patients, families, supporters, and community members alike. This year's honored Miracle Child Lakyn captivated attendees with her inspiring journey of hope and healing. Lakyn’s story illuminates the profound impact of WVU Medicine Children’s dedicated care teams, both locally and across the state, as we work together to secure a happy and healthy future for the children of West Virginia and the surrounding area. Gala proceeds are dedicated to enhancing the pediatric services here at WVU Medicine Berkeley and Jefferson Medical Centers. This year, with your generous support, we raised over $100,000 to benefit children in our community. We thank all those who supported through sponsorship as well as participation in the evening’s fundraising efforts.
