USDA OneRD loan programs are specifically designed to support rural development projects. The four flagship programs provide longer terms with fixed rates and flexible underwriting. One of the program’s standout features is its compatibility with other financing products, which allows for capital stacking. Businesses with capital needs in the $15 to $50 million range may not qualify or cannot obtain financing through conventional, local, and regional banks. There are limited options to help solve financing gaps for these rural projects.
