Since then, she has excelled as a test analyst, business analyst, and project manager. In March 2021, Ivana became the Team Lead of the NSO Equipment and Finance team. Her success in a male-dominated field like software makes her a true trailblazer. Ivana believes that women at XAPT bring a unique perspective and empathy, especially when navigating multicultural challenges. “I’ve never felt I had less of an opportunity because I’m a woman. From my experience, I think at XAPT, women can offer a different point of view and an empathetic approach. 🌟 Women of XAPT: Meet Gabriella Kovács🌟 Gabriella began her journey with XAPT in 2015, starting in the same field she excels in today. Between 2016 and 2020, she expanded her expertise by working across Services, Sales, Parts, and Marketing. Throughout her XAPT career path, she has gained experience with various platforms, including #D365 and #AX2009. After taking maternity leave in 2020, Gabriella rejoined the Integration team in 2023 with new ideas and a strong dedication to her role. "Working for XAPT is easy because everybody is flexible and patient. I’m having a great experience working in a traditionally male-dominated area such as software. As women, we should consider that sometimes we can be more emotional than men, so it’s key to listen to each other and be there for support. 🌟 Women of XAPT: Meet Réka Koltai🌟 Réka Koltai joined XAPT in 2013 as a Dynamics AX Interface Consultant, contributing both from the back office and on-site for CAT projects. Within just five months, she advanced to Technical Team Functional Area Lead, managing a team of over five consultants and closely collaborating with developers. In 2016, Réka took on the role of Senior Solution Consultant, where she played a key part in the TERRA (JCB) Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation across all stages. By 2018, she had risen to EMEA Delivery Team Leader. After five successful years, she transitioned to her current role as Senior Support Consultant. "As a woman, I believe it's crucial to be listened to. During XAPT meetings, I always make it a point to ask my female colleagues for their opinions, ensuring all voices are heard before making a final decision." -Réka Koltai, Senior Support Consultant

🌟 Women of XAPT: Meet Fruzsina Szabó 🌟 Fruzsi Szabó has been a key part of the XAPT team since 2009, starting her journey as a tester and document writer. She soon transitioned into consulting, working on various projects across Hungary and Romania. In 2011, an exciting opportunity led her to Massachusetts, US, where she successfully implemented the Milton CAT NAXT 2012 project. In 2015, she embarked on a new challenge as a Team Lead for the Service Support team. Alongside some excellent colleagues, they established the US Support Center in Miami, Florida. By 2017, she began transitioning into her current role as Product Manager for the Service Functional area, a role that focuses on product development for the Dynamics 365 CE Field Service and the Service product line within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. “What’s special about working for XAPT is that I don’t feel prejudices. Even though we work in a very male-heavy industry, especially in recent years, I’ve felt included, and I think everyone, regardless of their gender, feels valued and heard.” -Fruzsina Szabó, Product Manager
