  • Happy Monday everyone! I hope all you dads out there had a blessed Father's Day weekend. This week, we are starting off with an aluminum spinner cone for the aerospace industry. The parabolic shape of spinner cones has multiple uses in the aircraft/aerospace and defense industries, which can sometimes be a bit challenging. At Xavier Metal Spinning and Manufacturing, we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for all our customers. If your company needs assistance with a spun component project, please don't hesitate to contact us. Have a great week!

  • I know it's been a while since our last post. But, in our previous post, we showed a 22" inch hemisphere that was hand spun from .125" thick 1100-O bare aluminum. Two of these were spun and went to two artists: one local and the other in New Mexico. I am happy to share that the one supplied to our local artist, Rachel Linkey Rodriguez, aka my wife, is complete. It was used for a local volunteer project for the Ironwood High School baseball team, and the results are excellent! This collaborative volunteer project was between Xavier Metal Spinning and Artist Rachel Linkey Rodriguez (Sparrow Art Studio). Please feel free to reach out and let us know how Xavier Metal Spinning can collaborate with you and your projects.

  • A new project in our shop this week, was this 22" diameter aluminum hemisphere that will be going to a New Mexico Artist. Sometimes getting away from tedious tight tolerance work, like in Aerospace applications, is a very welcome treat. This was a great way to end the week, to reset and refresh my spirit to keep moving forward. I would like to thank Mr. Kevin Randall and the team at Basic Metals for being our material (1100-O BARE x .125" thick) supplier for this project. Xavier Metal Spinning specializes in high-precision metal spinning, as well as machine work. How can Xavier partner with your company, to help better the manufacturing industry in Arizona.

  • I am very proud to have been a part of this project. Thank you to National Sign Corporation in Seattle for coming to us for this project, and congratulations to Brown and Haley for there mile stone. Here’s to the next 100yrs!

It's not often you get to be a part of history. Revitalizing the Almond Roca clock for the 100-year anniversary of this beloved world-famous candy has been an opportunity our team won't soon forget. When National Sign Corporation approached us about working with them to breathe new life into the famous timepiece for Brown and Haley Co. in time for Almond Roca's centennial celebration, we knew we couldn't pass it up. The clock is an exact replica of the original that was built by them 80 years ago. We congratulate Brown and Haley, National Sign Corporation, and the entire town of Tacoma, WA for this historic milestone, and wish them another great 100 years! If you need custom metal spinning work done on time and to spec, don't hesitate to reach out! There's no job too big or small for Xavier. Visit our website for more details, or message us directly on LinkedIn. In the meantime, check out the amazing work our team did on this project. https://lnkd.in/gCPuuR48 https://lnkd.in/gyJ8RND9
