Each year, World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) members, stakeholders, and supporters vote on a theme for World Mental Health Day, observed annually on October 10th. World Mental Health Day was first recognized in 1992 with the goal to increase mental health awareness, education, and act against mental health issues. Work can give employees a sense of purpose and joy. It’s also the place where full-time employed adults spend most of their time each day. However, work too often detracts from our mental health due to factors such as stress and burnout. Xeris is committed to a culture that values mental health just as much as physical health.
