The booth was powered by Rico Rivera and Alpha Power Group, LLC, another Xelsior Founder. Every Xelsior Co-Founder chipped in and worked to build this vision and this new MBE energy. And I can proudly say that Xizzle TV, an Xelsior founder too, was an official media partner of the NMSDC National Conference. 🇺🇸Immigrant Latino Dad Voting Moment! As an immigrant I made sure to take my son to the polls today. I taught him about doing your civic duty, about the responsibility that is casting your vote and I made sure he understood he was witnessing democracy in action. I'm an immigrant who didn't get to cast a vote until I was in my 20s because I wasn't a citizen. And who knows, maybe my son might become the first Latino president? That's what makes America great. I was the first Latino to anchor in English in ESPN history. I was just a kid from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and I broke barriers. Who knows what my son will accomplish. My dream is for him to someday inherit my company and continue to build our family legacy and generational wealth. But whatever he dreams for, works for and has a passion for he can accomplish! Long live democracy. Long live America.

A Happy Halloween - Business & Diversity Style 🎃 Halloween and Diwali just so happen to coincide with my renewal date as a certified minority business! I JUST got my recertification certificate this morning. Thank you to the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC) team for working on my renewal. This will be year three for KG Productions DBA Xizzle TV as a fully certified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise). We are a full service marketing, branding, media production and national ad sales company. We just so happen to also produce Xizzle TV - a stand-alone smart TV network on Roku, Samsung and LG. We make lifestyle and entertainment content for Latinos in English! The focus is POSITIVE content... to highlight all minorities. And it's shaping up to be a big year, MUY GRANDE, thanks to the key relationships I've built through the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and my local chapter, the FSMSDC. The biggest growth this year was in the MBE-to-MBE energy that was created with my fellow Xelsior Empowerment Group cofounders, including Elias Mualin of Brickell Capital Finance (BCF) who, over the last 3.5 years, has mentored me to become not only a marketing and media man, but also a money man. My company is poised for exponential growth thanks to the power of collaboration and thanks to Xelsior, the FSMSDC and NMSDC.
