Happy New Year!!! At XSELL, 2024 is the year of MORE. You might be asking what does that mean? Well, for nearly a decade, transformation has merely referred to where the work was being done i.e... off shore, at home, in the cloud, etc.. Don’t get me wrong, as a Pioneer in virtual work, my team had 20k+ at-home workers back in 2010; and I know just how innovative and forward thinking we had to be to achieve a NEW NORM in work-life-balance that now seems somewhat ubiquitous. But given the pace of innovation, we need to demand MORE from transformation!! With AI we are not only changing how the work is done, but we are also changing how the goal is achieved. Most importantly, we are extending the horizons for where to set goals. Imagine for a moment every customer, patient, or member having access to the best and most accurate answer with no friction ANYTIME, ALL THE TIME, ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE- instead of some pedantic short-sighted goal like 'let’s automate X number of jobs'...
