Sr. Director, Artificial Intelligence + Deploying AI agents at scale = Your Guide on the Journey to Automation

A few things you must know about Transformers! but not the robots ones 🤖 Transformers are a specific architecture for neural networks, and they are responsible for all of the advancement that you have seen in AI for the last 1.5 to 2 years. But how do they work exactly? The attention mechanism is something that allows the AI to focus only on the data that is relevant, ignoring everything else. Let's take a simple phrase: the cat chased the mouse. If we were to ask you who chased the mouse, you would simply say "the cat". The question is very easy for you to answer. but it's not a given for an AI system to be able to give you the same answer. That's where the attention mechanism comes in. It allows an AI system to analyze each word in relation to all the other words in the sentence. In our example it looks at the word "chased" and it gives a different score (weight) that is based on its relation with other words in the same phrase. The score for cat will be higher than the score for mouse. And that is how the system is able to answer correctly when you ask: Who chased the mouse?

Trouble with your AI implementation? Don't panic! 👇 Your AI isn't broken, but your integrations are! Integrations are the bridge connecting AI with necessary tools and data from third party systems. While tasks like handling FAQs are simple, others require access to order management, warehousing and courier systems. Without these integrations, AI can’t do its job. It's like having a GPS device without satellite integration. You can look at a map but not know where you are. So how do you prevent integrations from becoming a roadblock? The easiest integration is the one you don't have to build. So before anything else, automate intents that do not require any integration. Then, when looking at building integrations, check whether these systems offer APIs or other ways to integrate into them. Your implementation partner is going to ask about this sooner or later anyway. And Finally, involve key decision makers and owners of these processes and systems. Ask them about security considerations and other potential roadblocks, make sure to address these concerns early on and remember automation is a journey, not a destination! #AIagents #Integrations #Technologio

Just got back from an incredible trip to Mexico, and it really got me thinking about a few things 💡 First off, building rapport with the team—there’s no substitute for meeting in person. With so many companies going virtual, it’s easy to cut corners and skip the face-to-face, but that’s a huge mistake. Spending time together, whether it’s at the office or over a meal, deepens bonds, builds trust, and connects us on a level that video calls just can’t. Take our Top Golf outing, for instance—we didn’t exactly talk KPIs, but the laughs, drinks, and shared experiences? That’s what brings a team together and motivates us to work harder 💪 We talked a lot about the evolution of data roles. If you’re a data analyst, you know it’s not enough to just crunch numbers and create visualizations. The real value comes when you turn that data into actionable insights. If we’re not using the data to create recommendations and drive improvements, it’s all kinda for nothing. Our goal is to have every analyst on the team become that unicorn who can join complex data sets, create insights, and constantly push the business forward 📈 And finally, let’s talk tacos. You haven’t really experienced a taco until you’ve had one in Mexico. I had the absolute pleasure of being invited to Jose Juan Coronado Garza mother’s house, where I ate barbacoa for breakfast with homemade flour tortillas. That meal wasn’t just about the food—it was about the tradition, the care, and the authenticity behind it. Just like with our work, the deeper the connection, the more meaningful the outcome 🌮 So whether it’s team bonding, data insights, or tacos—there’s something special about going beyond the surface and truly immersing yourself in the experience. That’s where the real magic happens

Learn Diffusion Model in under 5 minutes! Think of Diffusion Models as taking a picture with a Polaroid camera. First you point to your subject, and then you shoot. When the picture comes out of the camera initially, it's white. There's nothing in it. Well, actually, there's a lot of things hidden by plenty of noise. Only by shaking the picture and waiting for time the noise slowly disappears. At this point, the picture of your subject comes out. Diffusion Models work the same way. These models create things out of thin air by removing noise. Instead of painting and adding color or drawing the subject into a blank frame, they do the opposite. They subtract noise through multiple iterations until the actual picture comes out. From designing virtual words for video games to helping architects come up with new building designs. The potential applications for these models are endless. - - - - - If you enjoyed this video make sure to like and subscribe! Did you know that when it comes to conversations, not all AIs are created equal? Sometimes you might be talking to a simple chatbot. Others with an advanced AI agent, are you and your customers able to tell the difference? If the conversation feels scripted and the answer to a specific question is always the same, you are talking to a simple chatbot. If you cannot easily tell that you're talking to a machine, well, it's probably an AI agent. But why is this relevant? When you think about automating your customer experience, you'll have tech vendors pitching different technologies. Not knowing the difference between a simple chatbot and an AI agent may result in paying a premium for a piece of technology that is just a commodity. If your goal is automating FAQs and another low complexity requests, a simple chatbot is more than enough. But if your goal is automating complex requests that require escalation and multi step workflows... AI agents are the only way to go! #AIagents #technologio #chatbots

The Technologio Guide to Deep Learning! Deep learning is a specific approach to machine learning. If we look at our traditional neural network structure, We can see it's made of input and output and then several layers in between. That's the classic neural network strucutre, which is used in different architectures in machine learning. Now, deep learning is not that different, bit it's not exactly the same either. The main difference is in the number of layers, sometimes there 100s or even more. That's where the name comes from: tt's deep because there's a lot more layers. Every layer allows the model to learn a specific feature. A feature is: something about the data that what you're trying to study in detail. Having more layers allows the model to understand a lot more and make better predictions. And that's why it's used for so many things, from translating languages to driving autonomous cars to generation texts. And that's all there is to Deep Learning. Actually, there is a lot more, but, you know, you get the idea. - - - - - If you enjoyed this video make sure to like and subscribe!
