We are a full-service maintenance shop that does Mechanical, Fiberglass, Detailing, and Digital Canvas & Upholstery work. We are looking for the best of the best. Can you meet that challenge? We are looking for the right person to: · Treating each customer and his or her boat with a sense of priority and uniqueness. · Provide expert advice before, during, and after the work. · Follow through on the details. Details separate excellence from mediocrity. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to comprehend and utilize technical service manuals to facilitate repair and maintenance. Unlimited or unimpaired ability to walk, bend, stoop, climb and work safely around water on a ladder or in confined spaces. Capacity to work as a member of a team or by oneself to achieve desired results Ability to read and comprehend work orders -Must be personable and team-oriented. -Must have Driver’s License Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Full benefits package – employee portion paid 100% - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Short Term Disability - $150,000 Life Policy - Paid time off
