The Yale Career Panels program will be hosting a "Yale Career Panels: An Advice and Networking Event" on October 21 from 8 pm ET to 9 pm ET. This virtual event will enable Yale students and young alumni to meet with experienced Yale Alumni from different professions to get advice. We will use an electronic, virtual "ballroom" where each experienced Yale Alumnus will host an individual table. The attendees will have a list of the experienced Yale Alumni in advance and will be able to choose which tables they want to visit to get career advice and ask questions. The attendees will be able to move from table to table as they wish during the one hour event. This will be a unique opportunity to explore different professions with experienced practitioners and make personal connections. Discussions will be frank and informative as each table host will answer your questions and share personal insights about their chosen profession, both the upsides and the downsides. We hope this event will help students enhance their career planning. For young alumni, we hope that this event will clarify your career path or help you make a change if you want to explore other possibilities. If you would like to join us for this networking/advisory event, please register at: https://lnkd.in/d5aFxpzx
