Take time to understand the different types of screens. 3️⃣ Get the Right People Involved: Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers. Loop in HR, legal, and any others who need to weigh in. 4️⃣ Understand Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: If you want to play the game, you have to know the rules. Don’t let blind spots trip you up. 5️⃣ Create a Background Check Policy: Everything needs to be in black and white.
