"Do you know what today is?" my fiancée Oyinda Adefioye asked last week. 😳 I drew a blank, mentally running through anniversaries and birthdays. Finally, I shrugged and admitted, “No idea.” 🤷🏾♂️ She then revealed: it’s been ONE YEAR since I took the leap into full-time entrepreneurship. To celebrate, she surprised me with flowers and a card - a gesture that made a big impact and got me reflecting. This past year has been nothing short of transformative. Building LeadCommGym full-time has brought: 🔹 Challenges I never anticipated 🔹 Deep self-discovery moments 😅 🔹 A major pivot in LeadCommGym's offerings 🔹 Countless growth opportunities 🔹 Conversations with incredible people who have shaped my journey It’s been a year of milestones, too: ✅ Engaged to my amazing partner! 💍 ✅ Earned my Core Energy Coaching certification with iPEC Coaching ✅ Became an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation ✅ Getting coached by Dan Martell (yes, coaches need coaches) ✅ Completed the Venture Capital course through University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business ✅ Participating in Veterans In Residence 24C Cohort ✅ Accepted into VentureForge’s Bootcamp to work on a startup I’m beyond grateful for this year of connection, learning, and trust—from clients, leaders, and teams who have allowed me into their world.
