Today, we’re announcing something very special. Not a sale. (We try and make Yes Friends as affordable as possible every single day). But much better than a sale. Today, we’re bringing back one of our favourite Yes Friends features to date. Tipping garment workers. If you’ve been with Yes Friends for a while — firstly, thank you — and secondly, you’ll remember that during our denim campaign, you were able to directly tip the people who made your jeans. For reasons we won’t bore you with, until now, we were only able to do that for denim. Since then, we’ve set-up a new tipping system with our Fair Trade factory and have been using it over the last year to pay the Yes Friends bonus to our garment workers. And today, we’re opening it up to you. So you can tip your garment workers directly as well. In an industry where garment workers are being squeezed for every last penny, earning as little as 3p per garment, let's doing something different. Yes Friends already pays a bonus for every garment we make to ensure garment workers receive a good wage. But if you wanted to say an extra big thank you as you order your Yes Friends presents this Christmas — you can. Just add a tip on our product pages. So far the Yes Friends bonus has helped garment workers pay for education, rent and glasses. Thank you for your endless support. Together, let’s transform the fashion industry 🧡 YF

Hey friends, a few weeks ago we launched a limited edition T-shirt with International Justice Mission. In a little over 7 days, we sold over 200 T-shirts and raised £2,031 to help end modern slavery. Thank you so much to everyone who pre-ordered 👏 International Justice Mission have rescued people from brick kilns, shoe factories and online exploitation. And each one of those freedom tees, helps continue their mission of combatting modern slavery, until all are free. Over those 7 days, you proved once again, that the Yes Friends community is a powerful one. It was Klara and Lucy’s talent that dreamed up Freedom in art form. Amber and Dan who took an evening off producing music and recruiting for the civil service, to smile effortlessly for the camera. The garment workers at our solar powered factory who expertly knit, cut & sewed your clothes. And of course you and me the proud owners of a Freedom tee or hoodie. You make Yes Friends work. Thank you for helping end slavery and transform the fashion industry, we couldn’t do this without you 🧡
