We paid off a previous loan balance of $1,700,000 and provided the borrower with $1,000,000 cash out which will be used for business/investment purposes. Built in 2015, the subject property spans approximately 9,034 square feet and features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a swimming pool. It is located in the Carlton Woods Creekside Community and enjoys expansive golf and water views of the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th holes of the Tom Fazio Championship Course.
