Aly has been with us for 2.5 years, and since day one, she's been a rockstar, playing an instrumental role in expanding our project management team. Hear from Aly, in her own words, about her time at YinzCam and her goals for the future. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗶𝗻𝘇𝗖𝗮𝗺? "I’ve been in a position of leadership for the majority of my career, but leading the app updates team at YinzCam has been one of my proudest accomplishments. On average, we ship 20 to 30 app updates each week across iOS and Android, which adds up to well over 1,000 app updates per year. These app updates support our global roster of clients, spanning NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLS teams, as well as the A-Leagues in Australia, the AFL, English Premier League, Liga MX, and many more. Helping to build and run the machine that delivers products to one of the largest digital ecosystems in sports and live entertainment — and being part of driving innovation for all of these clubs — is something I take tremendous pride in." 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀/𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂? "Knowing that I’m in the thick of serving and delivering to the needs of nearly 200 of the world’s largest sports clubs, leagues, and venues connect with their fans and create meaningful experiences is what drives me. Every app update we release is designed to enhance the user experience, making it easier for millions of fans around the world to feel more connected to their favorite teams." Through the close collaboration of the Seattle Seahawks, the Seahawks app debuted Live Activities for watchOS 11 on the day of Apple’s release, going live for their next game just six days later. Hear from 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐦𝐩, 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐰𝐤𝐬, who said, “One of our goals in Seattle is to provide platform features to the 12s as soon as possible and when we heard Live Activities were coming to Apple Watch we had to jump on the opportunity. Alex Taffe at YinzCam did an incredible job bringing the feature to life in a short timeframe. That’s why we’ve started using the app to ask a simple question: 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞.
