That’s why we’ve started using the app to ask a simple question: 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞. This simple question allows teams to tailor content, offers, and notifications based on the fan's location. By allowing fans to quickly self-segment themselves through selecting how they are spending their day with you, the app can then serve up different Cards lists on the home screen tailored to their answer. During NFL Week 3, four of our NFL clubs—the Chicago Bears, New Orleans Saints, Tennessee Titans, and Dallas Cowboys—all used this feature in their apps, allowing fans to see personalized content tailored to their gameday experience. This omnichannel solution enables Birmingham City to seamlessly publish content across both platforms, delivering custom-built pages for in-app experiences and on the web (www.bcfc.com) with real-time updates, breaking team news, the latest videos, up-to-date stats, rosters, ticketing info, and much more — all from one place. For 13 hours, from 8 am to 8 pm (right up to game time), inside the Ravens app every hour, fans could enter a drop to win a piece of team memorabilia and signed Ravens gear. Hear what 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝗿.
