YMCA of Central Texas

We're a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, as well as putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Serving Waco-McLennan County since 1885, the YMCA of Central Texas welcomes our community at two branches (Doris Miller Family YMCA and Waco Family YMCA) and the Edna Learning Center for early childhood education. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. In 2015, the YMCA of Central Texas provided over $340,000 in financial assistance to give back to and support Waco-McLennan County.
