JD Sports Canada was one of the early believers in Yofi and took a chance to partner with us! We have partnered to tackle some of the most prominent challenges facing retailers: bot prevention, identifying return abuse, and improving the customer experience to ensure a seamless shopping experience for loyal customers. A couple of our favorite partnership highlights so far: 🔒 Blocked Millions of Bots: Yofi’s advanced bot-detection technology helped JD Sports protect their exclusive releases and restocks, ensuring they remain accessible to genuine customers and not automated bots. 👥 Eliminated Millions of Fake Accounts: In 2023, our partnership removed millions of fake accounts, improving customer segmentation and email marketing. 🔄 Reduced Time Investigating Bad Actors: By identifying patterns of bad actors and clustering, JD Sports was able to identify bad actors earlier and all of their alias profiles, saving hours of manual investigation.     The recent news about Telegram isn't surprising to us. We've been monitoring hundreds of Fraud / Abuse communities on Telegram for over 2 years. It is shocking to see how coordinated and sophisticated these bad actors have become - especially for brands and retailers. New York Times recently had a great article about this very same topic.
