Just came across this real PDF with a client's notes on 20 agency website design proposals ... looks like a $50k+ website redesign project. Some of the highlights: "confusing proposal" "incomplete, a lot of pricing is TBD" "pre-built theme" What do you notice? Does it seem like very strong competition?
