    I had the BEST time moderating our latest Club YOO session and seeing our amazing customers! 🎤 It was inspiring to see how our community is using YOOBIC to achieve their goals 🦾 For those of you who haven't yet joined 😏 Club YOO is a space for YOOBIC admins to connect, share best practices, and maximize our platform. Whether you’re a seasoned user or new to YOOBIC, we all learn together how to engage frontline teams and drive business success. This time, we explored how you can customize YOOBIC through the power of our App Studio. Customer admins from a variety of retailers showed the group how they've created custom home pages, hubs, and views to fit their needs. For example: 🎨 Michael’s (Arts & Crafts): Christine Freeman showed us how Michael’s integrated visual merchandising tools into YOOBIC, allowing their teams to streamline inventory management and enhance in-store displays. With easy to access tutorials and design tips, their associates can create more engaging shopping experiences for customers. 👕 UNTUCKit (Apparel): Amila Pezer showed us how UNTUCKit customized YOOBIC for employee training and communication by adding interactive style guides and fit tutorials. This ensures their team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and stay aligned with the brand’s standards. 🎮 GameStop (Gaming): Bryan Perez showed us how GameStop utilizes YOOBIC for real time sales tracking and promotions. By customizing the app, they’ve made it easier for staff to access the latest game releases and updates, keeping both employees and customers engaged. 🏥 Paydens (Pharmacy): Gemma Lane showed us how Paydens focuses on compliance and operational efficiency by using YOOBIC as their central communication hub. Their customized communications ensure all employees are informed, educated, and recognized. 💝 Adore Me (Lingerie): Mathilde Benchaiba showed us how Adore Me tailored YOOBIC to gather customer feedback, improve product offerings, and track daily sales year-over-year. This customization helps them collect valuable insights from staff about customer preferences, enabling them to better meet shopper needs and effectively review store performance. This session was a fantastic opportunity to see how versatile YOOBIC can be in solving real business challenges.     Last week at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit 2024, Michelle Gass, the new CEO of Levi Strauss & Co., took the stage to talk about the exciting future of Levi's.👖 She spoke on the jaw-dropping Beyoncé collab. (We still haven't recovered 😭) Then she talked about another iconic partner Levi's is going all-in on: their frontline teams. (At Levi's, store associates are called "Stylists.") As Levi's becomes a DTC-first company, building and maintaining strong retail teams becomes all the more important. Michelle said: 🗣️ "Part of becoming a retail company is really thinking about the frontline first. And I'm really excited about the cultural changes we're making as well. I mean, this isn't just business transformation, it's cultural transformation to have people who work in, say, corporate to be thinking all the time, what can I do to serve that Stylist who's going to in turn serve the customer?"
