We're a unicorn thanks to our $1.4b valuation, but we like to think of ourselves as flamingoes. Why? Flamingoes are real creatures, and they travel in flocks -- just like our team! Listen to our CEO and co-founder, Tomer Tagrin, explain it best.
We work to learn from and contribute to the community around us as an extension of our mission and opportunity to further each employee’s growth.
Throughout the year, we fundraise for different organizations and lead employee education initiatives, whether that be raising money for Girls Inc. or hosting a live LGBTQ+ podcast recording. We encourage a variety of different volunteer opportunities, from mentoring students in at-risk communities, to rebuilding local gardens, and working at animal shelters. On a routine basis, we host inspirational guests: CEO’s of eCommerce brands, notable authors, board members, Olympians and more.
