Step Three: Ask a member or two of your inner circle or team to INDEPENDENTLY perform RWMC. That means you don't share notes... YET! Step Four: COMPARE the RWMC's (take a shot of tequila first) and amidst the shock of how different they are, hightlight all those opportunities to align expections to actions and outcomes. Step Five: PRIORITIZE the actions and outcomes that are most urgent to unlocking revenue NOW on the clock and set a timeline to review on the calendar. Step Six: GO!
