🌱✨ . Your Hiring Coaches had the incredible opportunity to conduct a volunteer workshop for the SEEDS of Hope scholars using The Predictive Index assessment. SEEDS of Hope, is all about nurturing young leaders to reach their full potential.  It was inspiring to see how these scholars embraced self-discovery and honed their strengths for future success. . In just 1.5 hours, YHC delved into self-awareness, college majors, and interview skills. The engagement was fantastic! Many of them reached out on LinkedIn afterwards, and we're thrilled to continue guiding them on optimizing their profiles. . One scholar is already running his own photography and marketing business – talk about ambition! Another is deeply involved in college clubs, and a third is making a difference in education, mentoring within SEEDS of Hope after graduating..Their dedication and achievements are truly remarkable. Together, we're sowing the seeds of hope for a brighter future. 🌟  . #SEEDSofHope #YoungLeaders #Recruitment #CommunityImpact #Careercoaching

    • Truly honored to work with such an amazing group of young individuals.

Being a part of the Gartner HR peer community yields some interesting polls and conversations within the platform. I found this data particularly interesting and wanted to share! While HR Leaders are being pressured to have employees return to the office and many companies mandating it, 74% say these mandates are causing big conflicts.   . With rising well-being concerns, decreasing trust between employees and employers, and a competitive job market, it's time to question is RTO mandates are really worth the risk? . 🚀 Who’s most at Risk? High-performers, women and millennials, three groups that prize flexibility, are the biggest flight risks.  High-performers may feel especially resentful about mandates, particularly if they maintained performance or over-delivered during the pandemic. . 🎯 Bottom line is a Flexible approach to RTO yields the Best Results.   In-office time can be great for energizing connections, but flexible, people-focused hybrid models work better than one-size-fits-all rules. . Gartner suggests HR leaders co-create policies, not mandates. Here are some tips: 🧭 Focus on bringing employees onsite for specific activities (like brainstorming) and occasional events (like offsites). Companies that did this saw the best results. 📥 Let employees have a say in the policy. When they can shape their hybrid work setup, they show more engagement and effort. 💡 Clearly explain why onsite work is needed. Companies that did this saw better engagement, effort, and retention. . Question:---Is it worth losing your high-performers by mandating they return to the office?
