Join us in celebrating our Volunteer of the Month, Richard Baron, Chief Operating Officer at WLH Consulting and Learning Solutions! An LTEN member since 1998, Rich has been contributing in various roles and capacities, including serving on the LTEN Board of Directors. We asked Rich for advice for new LTEN members, and here’s his message: "My advice to new members is to invest time in your own development and take advantage of all the great offerings LTEN provides. There are so many valuable resources to help trainers grow and develop, including a wealth of support available through the preferred industry partners. We often get caught up with our heads down, focused on our work, so make sure you dedicate time to your own growth and see what others are doing. Utilize the vast network — I promise it will pay dividends." Thank you, Rich, for all you do! We are truly grateful for you! 🙌 Learn more about Rich involvement at LTEN here: https://lnkd.in/dTKWAN5Z #LTEN #volunteerappreciation #volunteerofthemonth #volunteersmakeadifference #volunteerspotlight
