·Following the completion of the U.S. Department of State’s Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative, the impact continues to grow through the #ReciprocalExchange's focus on the YTILI Fellows’ Action Plans. During their time in the United States, YTILI Fellows collaborated with their U.S. Placement Host on an Action Plan that outlines what they learned in the U.S. and how they will create a meaningful project to positively impact their home community or business. The Reciprocal Exchange provides an opportunity for a selected number of U.S. Placement Hosts to join their YTILI Fellow in Europe in order to support the implementation of the Action Plan and, in turn, learn from the country they are visiting for a mutually beneficial experience. The 2024 Reciprocal Exchange welcomes 12 U.S. Placements Hosts from 6 different cities. Throughout September, they will travel to 1 of 10 participating European countries. The participants will be working to strengthen transatlantic business partnerships and the strong ties between the United States and Europe. Congratulations to all selected!

Armandine Nkondock (France) Armandine Nkondock is the founder and CEO of ARCHIMAID, a social venture dedicated to revolutionizing housing equity in France's rental market through digital solutions. Jakub Šuster (Slovakia) Jakub Suster is the founder and CEO of elv.ai, a tech startup that provides content moderation for media and public institutions. Rena Ajalova (Georgia)  Rena Ajalova is an educator, entrepreneur, and co-founder of the Lingua Education Center which provides English, Georgian and German languages courses, as well as training on entrepreneurship and business proposal writing, and assists students with university enrollment. Sanja Gardasevic (Montenegro)  Sanja Gardasevic is the CEO of Alicorn, a digital marketing agency, and co-founder of ZUNO, a game-based learning SaaS platform.
