Deeply grateful for the opportunity to partner with golden guide and its amazing co-founders Sabrina Baranda and Peter Huang. Their purpose to connect generations resonates with us at Yuzu, as we seek to foster relationships in the Asian community. Together, we held 3 unforgettable events in San Gabriel Valley, unifying over 100+ community members, leading to new friendships and stronger bonds. It's been a unique honor to work with Golden Guide, aligning with their mission while driving Yuzu's vision. Looking forward to more empowering collaborations! #Yuzu #GoldenGuide #CommunityEngagement #AsianCommunity #BuildingConnections #BridgeTheGap
still coming down from the high that was Summer Together—our 3-day takeover of SGV, supporting Asian-owned small businesses and recreating nostalgic third spaces for our community 💛 Hosting over 140 people across three intimate events, generating hundreds in revenue for local businesses, and collaborating with friends old and new—Yellow Mascot, LLC (the design team behind Chunky Things), Sabobatage, Bearology USA, Blossom Market Hall, and more, we had such a great time connecting with one another and building community. None of this could have been possible without the incredible support of Cindy L. and the entire Yuzu team—so here's to more many fun events! 💛

About a year ago, I left my job in Finance to pursue a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to inspire Asian pride and facilitate the process of connecting through culture. Fast forward to less than five months after launching Yuzu on the App/Play Store, and Yuzu has garnered over 130,000 downloads. We have an incredible community of active members who find friendship, romance, and a sense of belonging on Yuzu, a social playground for the Asian community . As if this journey weren't exciting enough already, I am immensely proud to unite with the vibrant powerhouse that is North Star Boys – a leading Asian-American boy band that has taken the K-pop scene by storm. Their energetic and unifying presence across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram echoes Yuzu's mission perfectly: to inspire friendships, spark romance, and champion Asian pride and culture. Our collaboration with North Star Boys implies more than just a partnership; it hints at a fellowship for celebrating Asian creativity and culture. With exciting initiatives underway, including in-app surprise appearances, social media content partnerships, exclusive opportunities for Yuzu members, and a highlight in NSB's new single and music video - "Bug," we aim to bring more vivacity to our vision. Every day, I am grateful to belong to this extraordinary community, and I'm eager to share more about what's on Yuzu's horizon. You can follow Yuzu on Instagram and TikTok @JoinYuzu for engaging updates. 🍋 Here's to celebrating Asian friendships together! #YuzuXNorthStarBoys #AsianPride #Yuzu #NorthStarBoys #Kpop #AANHPI #Friendships #Romance #Community #AsianCommunity https://lnkd.in/eWMjWGr7
